Warranty
Infinity Carbon products are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for 90 days from original date of purchase. The warranty is not transferable and all warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover failure due to normal wear or abuse, and Infinity Carbon holds no liability for damage to devices, loss of data, loss of business or profits caused by products manufactured or sold directly or indirectly from our company. Replacement products do not extend the warranty period and will be honored for products within the 90 days from original purchase date.
Custom and special order items are non refundable. Any issue with a custom order item will be handled on a case by case basis.
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be received within 14 days of Ship Date (30 days for international customers).
Non-refundable items include:
· Custom Ordered Products
· Custom Duties & Taxes
· Shipping & Handling Fees
Product(s) must be in new condition with nothing missing. A 15%-25% restocking charge is applicable to any packages returned in less than new condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to send back the product(s) (at his/her expense) before the refund can be processed.
Please allow 7-14 business days after receiving your package for final processing of the return.
Replacement/Refund Process
First contact sales@infinitycarbon.com and briefly state your reason for returning your item(s). Once you have submitted your return request you will recieve a response in 1-3 business days.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to infinitycarbon.com. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. When seeking a refund, customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete and in re-saleable condition. If any component of the returned product is missing, infinitycarbon.com's Return Procedure reserves the right to reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional restocking fee against the customer for replacement of the missing component up to 25%.
