Q: How do I get started with my parts?
A: Send us an email at sales@infinitycarbon.com with pictures of the parts you want in carbon fiber and indicate whether you are looking for a molded part or an overlay.  Once we receive your request we will send you an estimate to complete the job.

Q: How long does it take to make a part?
A: It depends on if it's a molded part (all carbon fiber) or an overlay (Oem part with CF over it). Molded parts have more time evolved, overlays are much faster to make.  Most overlays take about 1 to 2 weeks to complete excluding shipping.  A molded part will usually take 3-4 weeks to complete.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: The price is determined by the following factors:

• Molded part or Overlay (molded parts are much more expensive and generally would need an order of 10 or more pieces to be price effective)
• Size of part
• Complexity of shape
• Mounting tabs/etc.

Q: Do you repair Carbon Fiber parts made by other companies?
A:  Yes.  We do it all the time.  We can repair broken carbon fiber parts as well as clear coat faded parts.

Q: Are custom and special order items fully refundable?
A: No, unfortunately we can not offer exchanges or refunds of any kind on custom and special order items.

Q: Do I need to have my body kit pre-fitted before having it made carbon fiber?
A: Yes, all body kits and special order items MUST be pre-fitted prior to having it made carbon fiber.
