Q: How Do I Contact You?

Q: Can you make a phone case with my company's logo or a custom logo?
A: Yes, we can do custom logos for a small fee.  Payment is requested in advance for all custom orders.  Once payment is received you will be emailed a rendering of a case with your logo and upon your approval it will take approximately 2 weeks to complete. Email your artwork to sales@infinitycarbon.com and please specify the model and quantity you need to begin your order.

Q: How do I go about getting my parts done in carbon fiber?
A: Send us an email at sales@infinitycarbon.com with pictures of the parts you want in carbon fiber and indicate whether you are looking for a replacement part or an overlay.  Once we receive your request we will send you an estimate to complete the job. Please click here for more info.

Q: How long does it take to make a part?
A: It all depends on how complicated it is. Replacement parts generally take 3-4 weeks, Overlays generally take 1-2 weeks.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: The price is determined by the following factors:

• Replacement part or Overlay (replacement parts are much more expensive and generally would need an order of 10 or more pieces to be price effective)
• Size of part
• Complexity of shape
• Mounting tabs/etc.

Q: Do you repair Carbon Fiber parts made by other companies?
A:  Yes.  We do it all the time.  We can repair broken carbon fiber parts as well as clear coat faded parts.

Q: Are custom and special order items fully refundable?
A: No, unfortunately we can not offer exchanges or refunds of any kind on custom and special order items.

Q: Do I need to have my body kit pre-fitted before having it made carbon fiber?
A: Yes, all body kits and special order items MUST be pre-fitted prior to having it made carbon fiber.

Q: What are the differences between a replacement part and an overlay?
A:
